For many with mental illness, or those who have family and loved ones who face mental health issues, the holidays can be tremendously difficult times. This month we provide ways to create self-care activities to help carry you through the season. We can choose to be the best versions of ourselves and empower ourselves to celebrate (or not to celebrate) in the ways that feel right for us. We hope these strategies help you create a less stressful and more fulfilling holiday.
